摘要
以北京市通州某匝道过水管涵项目为依托,采用有限元分析和现场检测相结合的方法,对路用装配式圆形波纹钢管涵的力学性能和变形特性进行了深入的研究。通过对填土荷载、道路铺装荷载和车辆荷载作用下波纹钢管涵的受力性能和变形特性进行模拟,得出以下结论:圆形波纹钢管涵可设计为不等厚管涵;圆形波纹钢管涵的水平变形和竖直变形在波峰、波谷的趋势和变形值均相近,故在实际工程监测中可以只监测其中1个指标。
Based on a ramp-passing pipe culvert project of Tongzhou in Beijing,this paper uses a combination of finite element analysis and on-site inspection to conduct an in-depth study on the mechanical properties and deformation characteristics of road fabricated circular corrugated steel pipe culverts.By simulating the mechanical per formance and deformation characteristics of the corrugated steel pipe culvert under the action of fill load,road paving load and vehicle load,the following conclusions are drawn:the circular corrugated steel pipe culvert can be designed as a pipe culvert of unequal thickness;The horizontal deformation and vertical deformation of the steel pipe culvert have similar trends and deformation values at the crests and troughs so that only one of them can be monitored in actual engineering monitoring.
