摘要
作为高校档案研究领域的新概念,“高校记忆”被公众所认知与利用的历史不过十数年。“高校记忆”概念的提出,是为了强调高校档案之于高校的文化建设及其所蕴涵的育人特性与功能。然而,当前我国高校档案工作中存在的“高校记忆”的主体依赖性、制度不完备以及管理、物资水平落后等问题严重限制了“高校记忆”文化育人性能的发挥。为实现“高校记忆”的文化育人性能,高校档案机构应首先明确“高校记忆”新时期社会化的文化育人内涵,加强高校档案制度体系与现代化管理建设,并提高高校档案T.作人员教育专业素养与科研能力。
As a new concept in the field of archival research in colleges and universities,"umiversity memory"has been recognized and utilized by the public for only ten years,the concept of"university memory"is put forward in order to emphasize the cultural constmction of university archives and its educational characteristics and functions.However,the problems of subject dependence,incomplete system,and backwardness of material resources and management in the current colleges and universities archives work have severely restricted the performance of"college memory"culture education.In order to realize the cultural education performance of"college memory",college archives institutions should first define the socialized cultural education connotation of"college memory"in the new era,strengthen the college archives system and modern management ronstnirtion,and improve the education Literacy and research capabilities of college archives staff.
