铁路隧道TBM施工及超长工区施工等补充预算定额的发布,填补了铁路隧道TBM法施工、巷道式通风、隧道智能养护、路基沥青混凝土防水封闭结构、预应力混凝土管桩等定额子目的空白,提高了现行铁路造价标准的适用范围,进一步完善了铁路造价标准体系,满足了铁路建设项目设计概预算编制和投资管理的需要。本文结合新发定额编制特点,对主要说明作出了详细注释说明,介绍了新发定额与现行定额的内在联系,着重对新发定额使用方法进行了阐述,以期对使用者有所帮助。
