铁路“四电”工程造价标准优化方案研究

Study on Cost Standards Scheme Optimization in ‘Four Power’ Engineering

铁路工程造价标准作为合理确定铁路工程建设投资的基本依据,是编制施工图预算、投资检算和市场形成价格的重要基础,需随着技术标准的变化、建设管理的需求动态调整。本文在总结铁路四电工程造价管理经验的基础上,结合相关造价标准在概预算编制及管理中反映的问题,研究分析四电工程造价标准的优化方案并提出建议。

The railway engineering cost standard is the basic basis for rationally determining railway engineering construction investment.It is an important basis for the preparation of construction drawing budget,investment calculation and market formation price.It needs to be dynamically adjusted with the change of technical standards and the needs of construction management.On the basis of summarizing the cost management experience of railway’four power’projects,this paper combines the problems reflected in the budget preparation and management of relevant cost standards,studies and analyzes the optimization plan of the cost standards of the’four power’projects and puts forward suggestions.
