城市轨道交通盾构法瓦斯隧道造价研究 被引量:3

摘要 目前,城市轨道交通领域缺乏瓦斯隧道的费用计算办法及相关的依据标准。成都市轨道交通18号线工程作为全国城市轨道交通中第一个穿越高、低瓦斯区域的项目,与之相关的造价测算是各方都关注的热点问题。本文以该工程为例,从盾构机防爆改装、隧道通风、瓦斯监测及检测、瓦斯隧道密封性、瓦斯隧道智能门禁系统、临时设施费等方面,对盾构法瓦斯隧道的造价进行分析与研究,提出了盾构法瓦斯隧道的合理计算方法及技术经济指标,为合理控制投资提供依据,为今后类似项目造价测算提供借鉴。 There is a lack of cost calculation methods and relevant standards for gas tunnels in current urban rail transit cost system.Chengdu rail transit Line 18 is the first urban rail transit to pass through high and low gas areas in China,and the related cost calculation is a hot issue concerned by all parties.Taking the project as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the cost of shield gas tunnel from the aspects of shield machine explosion-proof modification,tunnel ventilation,gas monitoring and detection,gas tunnel sealing,gas tunnel intelligent access control system,temporary facility cost,etc.The reasonable calculation method and thetechnical and economic index of shield gas tunnel are put forward to provide the basis for reasonable control of investment and provide reference for cost calculation in similar projects.
