聚1,2-丙二醇新戊二醇己二酸酯增塑性能的研究

摘要 将合成的聚1,2-丙二醇新戊二醇己二酸酯(简称PG-AA-NPG)聚酯增塑剂增塑PVC的试片制成复合材料,并进行耐迁移、DSC、力学性能、热稳定性能测试,分析PG-AA-NPG的综合性能,并且与加入DOP和市售聚酯增塑剂A的PVC试片进行对比。结果表明PG-AA-NPG的耐溶剂迁移性优于DOP;PVC/PG-AA-NPG玻璃化温度十分接近PVC/DOP;PG-AA-NPG的拉伸强度高于DOP;PG-AA-NPG提高PVC热稳定性的能力优于DOP类增塑剂。因此PG-AA-NPG可以为制备综合性能好的PVC材料打下良好基础。 In this paper,the synthetic poly1,2-propanediol neopentyl adiponectic ester(PG-AA-NPG)polyester plasticizer plasticized PVC test pieces were made into composite materials,and the migration resistance,DSC,mechanical properties,thermal stability tests were carried out to analyze the comprehensive properties of PG-AA-NPG,and compared with the PVC test pieces with DOP and the commercially available polyester plasticizer A.The results show that the solvent migration resistance of PG-AA-NPG is better than that of DOP.The glass transition temperature of PVC/PG-AA-NPG is very close to that of PVC/DOP.The tensile strength of PG-AA-NPG is higher than that of DOP.The ability of PG-AA-NPG to improve the thermal stability of PVC is better than that of DOP plasticizers.Therefore,PG-AA-NPG can lay a good foundation for the preparation of PVC materials with good comprehensive properties.
