聚氯乙烯中常用的环保型增塑剂主要有柠檬酸酯类增塑剂、对苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂、聚酯类增塑剂、偏苯三酸酯增塑剂、环己烷二羧酸酯类增塑剂、植物油基增塑剂等,通过了解和分析这些增塑剂的特征和合成,推进环保型增塑剂在塑料生产中的应用。

Plasticizers are important additives used in plastic processing.Phthalate ester is one of typical representative plasticizers but has certain physiological toxicity,which will bring harm to human immune system,reproductive system,digestive system and so on.It is imperative to develop and prepare multifunctional plastic products with advantages of environmental protection,high efficiency,safety,non toxicity and biodegradation.The environmental plasticizers commonly used in PVC are mainly citrate plasticizers,terephthalate plasticizers,polyester plasticizers,trimethylenetriate plasticizers,cyclohexane dicarboxylate plasticizers,vegetable oil-based plasticizers,etc.By understanding and analyzing the characteristics and synthesis of these plasticizers,we can promote the application of environmentally-friendly plasticizers in plastic production.
