摘要
生物活性陶瓷已被广泛用于骨骼和牙齿的修复,文献回顾表明,一些离子能够诱导干细胞成骨分化,在骨再生医学中具有广阔的前景。鉴于这些离子从可生物降解的陶瓷材料中释放出来,与生长因子相比,更易实现控释。在生物陶瓷中添加生物活性离子,成为开发具有促血管生成和促成骨等功能的新方法。显然,生物陶瓷的生物反应取决于许多参数,例如化学成分、形貌,孔隙率和晶粒尺寸等,本文侧重于对生物陶瓷中释放的离子溶解产物对骨骼再生的作用和分子机制作一综述,旨在为新一代生物活性陶瓷的设计提供新思路。
Bioactive ceramics have been widely used in repair of bones and teeth.A review of literature shows that some ions released from bioceramics can induce differentiation of stem cells into osteoblasts,which has broad prospects in bone regenerative medicine.Since these ions are released from biodegradable ceramic materials,it is easier to achieve controlled release compared with growth factors.Additioning of bioactive ions into bioceramics has become a new method for enhancing angiogenesis and bone formation.Obviously,the biological reaction of bioceramics depends on many parameters,such as chemical composition,morphology,porosity,and grain size.This article focuses on a review of the role and molecular mechanism of ionic dissolved products released in bioceramics for bone regeneration,and aims to provide new ideas for the design of new generation bioactive ceramics.
