装配式制冷机房技术在平安财险大厦实践探索

Practical exploration of prefabricated chiller room technology in Pingan property&casualty insurance tower

基于预制化技术在国内市场的应用基础和BIM技术的广泛发展,结合平安财险大厦装配式制冷机房的实施案例,从技术准备、场地规划、模型建立与3D测量、工厂化预制、二维码管理、支架及管道安装等角度,对装配式制冷机房的安装技术、施工工序进行了研究。结果表明:装配式机房安装技术在建设工期、质量保证、成本控制和绿色施工等方面,比传统的人工现场焊接工法有较大的综合优势,符合绿色环保,装配化安装的行业发展趋势,是一项值得深入研究探索、应用落地的专业技术。

Prefabricated technology and BIM have been widely used in construction process in China.In this paper,installation technology of prefabricated chiller room,and construction process were analyzed from the viewpoint of technical preparation,site planning,model establishment and 3D measurement,factory prefabrication,QR code management,bracket and pipe installation etc..The results show that the prefabricated chiller room installation technology is superior to traditional manual labor in terms of construction period,quality assurance,cost control and green construction.It is a professional technology worthy of in-depth research,exploration and application.
