排水户雨污混接点溯源方式及治理方法的研究

围绕2020年年底上海市力争全面消除劣Ⅴ类水体的总目标,以源头控制污水混接入雨水管网为重点,着重分析研究了上海市青浦区范围内排水户雨污混接问题产生的源头诱因以及治理过程中遇到的难点问题,阐述了雨污混接治理工作中所用到的雨污混接点探测技术和方法,归纳总结了切实可行的雨污混接问题治理方案。阐明了对存在雨污混接问题点位进行分流改造的意义,最后提出了针对雨污混接问题的治理建议,为行业监管部门对排水户排水行为的监管提供了理论导向。

At the end of 2020 year,Shanghai strives to fully eliminate the overall goal of theⅤclass water.The researches focus on sewage mixed with source control access to the storm sewer network and analyze the rain sewage mixed in Qingpu District Shanghai city and also answer the problems encountered in the process of the source of the incentive and governance of difficult problem.The researches expound the rain sewage mixed joint governance used rain sewage mixed contact detection techniques and methods and summarize the feasible rain sewage mixed.The significance of diverting and reconstructing the point with rainwater pollution mixed connection problem is clarified.At last,the researches put forward some suggestions to deal with the problem of rainwater and sewage mixing,which provides a theoretical guidance for the industry supervision department to supervise the drainage behavior of drainage households.
