摘要
为提高光伏板发电效率以及废热利用,提出了一种冷却光伏板的毛细管换热装置。同时,为分析该换热装置的换热性能,应用CFD软件对换热装置进行了传热性能的数值模拟分析,分别研究了在不同入口流速,不同温度条件下换热器的换热性能。结果表明,冷却水的出口温度随着入口水流速的升高,水温的降低而降低,最后趋于一个相对稳定的值;换热量随着流速的增加,入口水温的降低而升高,同时,流速的增加对换热量的提高作用更加明显。
In order to improve the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic panels and utilize the waste heat,this paper proposes a capillary heat exchange device for cooling photovoltaic panels.At the same time,in order to analyze the heat transfer performance of the heat exchange device,the CFD software was used to simulate the heat transfer performance of the heat exchange device,and the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger under the conditions of different inlet velocities v 0 and initial inlet temperature were studied respectively.The results show that the outlet temperature increases with the decrease of the inlet velocity and the increase of the inlet water temperature,and finally remains as a relatively stable value,the heat exchange capacity increases with the increase of the inlet velocity and the decrease of the inlet water temperature,in the meanwhile,the increase of the inlet velocity has a more obvious effect on the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger.
