摘要
智慧城市发展方案为城市人口剧增和资源禀赋提供全新的解决方案。针对我国12个典型样本城市发展模式进行实证研究,提出的综合指标评价系统具有5个维度和12个因素指标,采用主成分分析的方法提取特征值并对城市发展能力打分分析。尽管所有样本城市智慧建设都呈上升趋势,城市之间的发展模式仍有较大差异,发展不平衡现象广泛存在。城市发展已由要素驱动转变为创新驱动,智能服务应用也在逐渐普及。最后为智慧城市的可持续建设提出相应优化建议。
In the face of urban population growth and resource endowment,smart city development scheme provides a brand-new solution.As a result,China gradually promotes the construction of smart cities.Using a comprehensive index evaluation system with 5 dimensions and 12 factors the theoretical framework of spatial econometrics,we estimate an empirical study across 12 typical urban development models in China.Principal Component Analysis(PCA)was used to extract eigenvalues which can score analysis of urban development capacity.In spite of the similar upward trend in terms of smart construction in all sample cities,great differences in the development patterns between cities.At the same time,unbalanced development exists in some areas.Urban development has been transformed from factor-driven to innovation-driven,while intelligent service applications are becoming more and more popular.This paper puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions for the sustainable construction of smart city at last.
