中医药干预心肌缺血再灌注损伤研究进展

导致心肌缺血再灌注损伤的机制比较多种,目前临床广泛认为与钙离子超载、氧自由基、细胞凋亡以及炎症反应有关,因此在进行心肌缺血再灌注损伤预防时可从这几个方面入手。在我国中医学中认为,心肌缺血再灌注损伤属"胸痹""心悸"范畴,目前中医学在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的应用逐渐得到关注。该文主要分析中药单药成分以及复方药物在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的应用效果,从而对中医药治疗心肌缺血再灌注损伤的研究进展进行综述。

This article mainly analyzes the application effects of single-medicine components of traditional Chinese medicine and compound drugs in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,and summarizes the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
