中医药治疗胆石症研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Medicine for Cholelithiasis

胆石症是临床上常见的消化系统疾病,多以胆绞痛、上腹隐痛、胆囊积液等为主要临床表现,严重者可能引起胆囊穿孔甚至危及生命。目前临床多以手术治疗为主要手段,术后症状改善迅速,但复发率较高。中医药通过口服汤剂、针灸及耳穴治疗等方法,使其具有损伤小、改善远期预后等优势。但目前并没有中医药治疗胆石症的权威指南或共识。故文章通过整理近年胆石症的研究成果,从胆石症病因病机、辨证分型和治疗方法3个方面进行归纳总结,以期明确胆石症成因,及为胆石症的中医药临床应用提供思路。

Cholelithiasis is a common disease of the digestive system in clinic. The main clinical manifestations are biliary colic,dull epigastric pain,and gallbladder effusion. In severe cases,it may cause gallbladder perforation or even life-threatening. At present,surgical treatment is the main method in clinical practice,and the postoperative symptoms improve rapidly,but the recurrence rate is high. Traditional Chinese medicine uses oral decoctions,acupuncture and auricular acupuncture treatments,so that it has the advantages of less damage and improved long-term prognosis. However,there is no authoritative guide or consensus on the treatment of cholelithiasis with Chinese medicine. Therefore,this article summarizes the research results of cholelithiasis in recent years,summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of cholelithiasis,syndrome differentiation and treatment methods,in order to clarify the cause of cholelithiasis,and provide ideas for the clinical application of cholelithiasis.
