“邪伏膜原”理论与达原饮初探

A Research on the Theory of“Latent Pathogen in the Membrane-source”and Dayuan Yin(达原饮)

疫病是具有强烈传染性和流行性的疾病,自2019年新型冠状病毒肺炎爆发以来,该病种受到了中医学界的广泛关注。关于疫病初起的病因病机历代医家说法不一,这其中属吴又可的"邪伏膜原"理论最具代表,他所创立的达原饮也成为了治疗疫病的代表方,后世医家如叶天士、吴鞠通等继承和发扬了该理论,使之逐步得到完善,直到现在"邪伏膜原"理论和达原饮还能有效的指导临床治疗。该文以《温疫论》作为主要参考,通过对后世医家的论述和相关文献的整理和分析,得出结论:(1)"邪伏膜原"理论中的"邪气"指的是"杂气"和"秽浊之气"。(2)膜原更多的是提示疾病的病理阶段。(3)达原饮可以治疗"邪伏膜原"证的各种发热而不仅仅适用于疫病初起。(4)对于新型冠状病毒肺炎,若能对证治疗,达原饮有很好的疗效。

The plague is a highly contagious and epidemic disease. Since the outbreak of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-2019),plague has received widespread attention from the Chinese medical community. Different medical doctors have different opinions about the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease at the beginning of the plague. Among them,WU Youke’s theory of"latent pathogen in the membrane-source"is the most representative. Dayuan Yin(达原饮)he founded also became a representative of treating the plague. Later doctors such as YE Tianshi and WU Jutong inherited and carried forward this theory and gradually madeitconsummate.Until now,the theory of"latent pathogen in the membrane-source"and Dayuan Yin can effectively guide clinical treatment. This article takes the Treatise on Warm-Heat Pestilenceas the main reference,through the discussions and analysis of related literatures of later generations of doctors,it is concluded that:(1)The"pathogenic Qi"of the theory of"latent pathogen in the membrane-source"refers to"Za Qi"and"the Qi of filthy turbidity".(2)Membranesource is more indicative of the pathological stage of the disease.(3)Dayuan Yin can treat all kinds of fever of"latent pathogen in the membrane-source"syndrome,not just for the beginning of the disease.(4)For COVID-2019,Dayuan Yin has a good effect for"latent pathogen in the membrane-source"syndrome.
