摘要
采用金属型低压铸造工艺开发出高速动车组齿轮箱体铸件,产品外观光洁、尺寸精度高,实体综合力学性能优。通过建成具有自动化、信息化的高速动车组齿轮箱金属型低压铸造产业化平台,生产效率高,过程可控,节能、高效和环保。通过研究应用新型砂芯无机黏结剂,减少了砂芯浇注过程污染性气体排放,有效实现了高速动车组齿轮箱体铸件生产方式向节能减排、绿色铸造的转型升级。
By applying metal mold low pressure casting process,the gearbox housing casting is produced with clean appearance,precise dimension and excellent overall mechanical properties.The established automatic and informationalized metal mold low pressure casting industrialization platform for gearboxes of high speed EMUs has realized high production efficiency,controllable processes,energy conservation and environmental protection.The application of a new inorganic core binder helps reduce the emission of pollutant gases generated in core pouring process and achieve the transformation and upgrade of energy-saving,emission-reduced and green foundry.
