河北省被动式超低能耗建筑的发展模式和发展趋势

DEVELOPMENT PATTERN AND TREND OF PASSIVE ULTRA-LOW ENERGY BUILDINGS IN HEBEI PROVINCE

河北省发展被动式超低能耗建筑近十年,经历了从认识到普及、示范项目到大规模发展、从零标准到系列标准制定的过程。从政策性文件、标准制定、项目发展及产业链发展4个方面总结河北省被动式超低能耗建筑的发展现状,分析未来被动式超低能耗建筑规模化发展、能源模式改变及以“碳中和”为核心的城市建设趋势。

In the past ten years,the development of passive ultra-low energy buildings in Hebei Province has gone through the process from recognition to popularization,from demonstration project to large-scale development,and from zero standard to series standard formulation.This paper summarizes the development status of passive ultra-low energy buildings in Hebei Province from four aspects:policy documents,standard formulation,project development and industrial chain development.The trend of large-scale development of passive ultra-low energy buildings,the change of energy mode and the urban construction with"carbon neutral"as the core are analyzed.
