基于太阳得热建筑布局对超低能耗居住建筑的影响分析

摘要 以一栋18层超低能耗居住建筑为例,应用DeST软件建立三维模型,在不同的热工分区下分析基于太阳得热的建筑布局对目标建筑供暖年耗热量和供冷年耗冷量的影响,结果表明在不同的建筑布局下,太阳得热成为影响建筑供暖年耗热量的重要因素。 Taking an 18 storey ultra-low energy residential building as an example,a three-dimensional model is established by DeST software.Under different thermal zones,the influence of building layout based on solar heat gain on the annual heating and cooling consumption of the target building is analyzed.The results show that under different building layout,solar heat gain becomes an important factor affecting the annual heat consumption of building heating.
