被动式钢结构钢构件间气密性处理施工技术研究

摘要 卓越的气密性是实现被动式功能的关键指标。X88幼儿园项目应用被动式钢结构钢构件间气密性处理施工技术施工阶段获得安全文明工地,验收阶段进行了整体气密性检测,测试结果达到被动式低能耗建筑对气密性的要求,并取得了德国被动房(Passive House Institute)PHI认证。 Excellent air tightness is a key indicator to achieve passive functions.The X88 kindergarten project uses passive steel structure and steel component air tightness treatment construction technology to obtain a safe and civilized construction site.The overall air tightness test is carried out during the acceptance phase.The test results meet the air tightness requirements of passive low energy consumption buildings,and have achieved Passive House Institute(PHI)certifcation in Germany.
