钢结构桁架连廊“分段吊装、高空散拼”施工技术 被引量:8

摘要 连廊下部为地下室顶板,地下室顶板及结构周边基坑边均未完成土方回填,地下室顶板结构限重,大型吊装机械无法正常行至连廊吊装安装区域。经过对能覆盖到连廊的塔式起重机进行吊重分析,确定分段形式,采用“塔式起重机分段吊装,高空散拼”的施工方法,有效地解决了大型吊装机械无法正常行至连廊吊装安装区域的大型构件安装问题。 The lower part of the corridor is the basement roof.The basement roof and the surrounding foundation pit have not been filled with earthwork.The basement roof structure has a weight limit,and large hoisting machinery cannot normally travel to the corridor hoisting installation area.After carrying out the lifting load analysis of the tower crane that can cover the corridor,the segmented form is determined,and the construction method of"tower crane segmented hoisting and high-altitude loose assembly"is adopted,which effectively solves the problem that the large hoisting machinery cannot normally travel to the connecting corridor.The installation problem of large components in the corridor hoisting installation area.
