摘要
建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定钢、铁及其合金中五害元素As、Sn、Sb、Pb、Bi含量的分析方法。选用STD标准模式,采用石英进样系统,用3 ml的HCl和1 ml的HNO3溶解试样并加入5 ml的(1+3)H2SO4进行冒烟处理除去潜在干扰,As、Sn、Sb、Pb、Bi质量数分别选择75、120、121、208和209。结果表明,各元素标准曲线的线性相关系数均在0.999以上,检出限在0.015~0.339 ng/ml之间,加标回收率在90%~105%之间,相对标准偏差均小于2%,标准样品的测定值与认定值相吻合。该测定钢、铁及合金中As、Sn、Sb、Pb、Bi的方法简单,准确度好,精密度高,适用于批量样品检测。
The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS)equipped with a quartz injection system is set to work under STD working mode to test the content of five harmful elements As,Sn,Sb,Pb,and Bi in iron,steel and alloy.The test samples are dissolved in 3 ml of HCL and 1 ml of HNO3 solutions and then,removed potential interference with 5 ml of(1+3)H2SO4.The mass number of elements As,Sn,Sb,Pb,and Bi is set at 75,120,212,208 and 209 respectively.The results show the linear correlation coefficient of every element's standard curves is above 0.999 and the detection limits fall between 0.015 and 0.339 ng/ml,the recovery between 90% and 105% and the deviations from the reference values all are less than 2%,which means the test results comply to the reference values.Therefore,ICP-MS can detect simply the content of elements As,Sn,Sb,Pb,and Bi in iron,steel and alloy with high accuracy and precision and is suitable for detection of samples in batch.
