苗绣,是苗族服饰中最出彩的元素。本文通过对苗绣进行分析创新,从中提取民族元素,并将其用于现代设计中。增加现代设计刺绣题材,赋予其生命力与趣味性。采用分析比较法、归纳总结法、聚类分析法等对苗绣图案的表现题材、色彩、蝴蝶纹样、构成形式进行研究。从中提取典型苗绣样本图案中的色彩、蝴蝶纹样设计元素。进而对蝴蝶纹样进行推演及衍生出新的图案设计,将苗绣文化融入到现代设计中去。不仅为现代设计注入新的民族元素,也有助于保护和传承苗绣文化,并让更多人了解与感受苗绣的魅力。
