摘要
本文通过对高职院校毕业生就业形势的分析,尤其是在新冠肺炎疫情还没结束的大环境下,阐述了导致就业形势严峻的因素,并就解决其就业难题进行了对策探讨,以期对高职院校毕业生就业有所帮助。
Based on the analysis of the employment situation of vocational college graduates,especially in the COVID-19 epidemic background,this paper expounded the factors leading to the grim employment situation,and discussed the countermeasures to solve the employment problems,in order to help the employment of vocational college graduates.
