城市交通拥堵智慧治理的杭州实践

Intelligent Management Practice for Urban Traffic Congestion in Hangzhou

交通拥堵治理是城市交通综合治理的重要内容,智慧交通则是实现城市交通治理能力和治理体系现代化的核心手段。杭州市自2013年起持续开展城市交通拥堵治理工作,七年来杭州智慧治堵的方式方法也随之不断创新、成熟。自2016年4月起杭州在全国率先提出建设城市大脑,并以交通领域为突破口,开启了利用大数据应用改善城市交通拥堵的实践探索,目前已形成包括智慧化交通管理应用、智慧化公共交通应用、智慧化堵点治理应用、智慧化公众服务应用等四个方面的实践体系,文章详细介绍了相关经验。

Traffic jam governance is an important part of urban comprehensive traffic management.Intelligent traffic is the fundamental way to realize the modernization of urban traffic governance capabilities and systems.Hangzhou has carried out urban traffic congestion management since 2013,and creative control methods have also been adapted in the past seven years.Since April 2016,Hangzhou has proposed the construction of the City brain,and with the field of transportation as a breakthrough,it has opened the practical exploration of using big data applications to improve urban traffic congestion.At present,Hangzhou has formed a practice system including intelligent traffic management,intelligent public traffic,intelligent Congestion point governance and intelligent public service.This article gives a detailed introduction.
