Evaluation of The Expressway Traffic Restriction Policy Based on Traffic Index

随着城市汽车保有量的不断上升,拥堵现象在城市中的表现也逐渐加剧。交通拥堵是现代交通运输领域的核心痛点问题。为了挖掘拥堵现象背后的数据特征,本文基于交通指数,即量化城市道路交通运行状态的相对数值,建立了包含指数强度、拥堵指数强度等评价指标的指标体系,结合实际数据,多维度分析上海市在限行新规下,外环内快速路网的特征状况。

With the increasing registered cars in city,traffic congestion becomes the core problem in modern transportation.In order to dig out the data characteristics behind the congestion,based on the traffic index(the quantified data of the urban road traffic operation status),this paper establishes an evaluation indicator system including index strength,congestion index intensity and other evaluation indicators.Using actual data,this paper analyzes and evaluate the status of Shanghai’s expressway system from multiple dimensions under the new traffic restriction rules..
