为了确保机制砂迅速、健康地发展,研究了洛阳市机制砂发展现状和前景。洛阳市辖区内机制砂石企业主要分布在栾川、洛宁、嵩县3个县,行业存在信息采集统计渠道不畅与难以管理、绿色发展水平低、准入门槛低等问题,洛阳市机制砂产业发展面临着严重形势,应牢固树立绿色发展理念,减少废气、废水、废渣排放,提倡规模化、集约化开发,提高清洁化生产及综合利用水平,发展绿色低碳循环经济。研究为促进洛阳都市圈建设、保证工程质量、保护环境和资源提供了参考。

In order to ensure the rapid and healthy development of machine-made sand,the development status and prospect of machine-made sand in Luoyang City are studied.The mechanism sand and stone enterprises in Luoyang City are mainly distributed in Luanchuan,Luoning and Songxian counties.There are some problems in the industry,such as the lack of information collection and statistics channels,difficult management,low green development level and low entry threshold.The development of mechanism sand industry in Luoyang is facing serious situation.It is necessary to firmly establish the concept of green development,reduce the discharge of waste gas,wastewater and waste residue,to promote the development of large-scale and intensive,improve the level of cleaner production and comprehensive utilization,and to develop green and low carbon recycling economy.The research aims to promote the construction of Luoyang metropolitan area,ensure the quality of the project,protect the environment and resources.
