通过回顾新中国成立70周年高等学校实验室建设与实验教学的发展历程,重点收集整理70年期间有关高等学校实验室建设、实验教学改革与发展方面的文件规章制度、重大活动与事件、重大项目与成就等,客观、翔实记述了高等学校实验室各个阶段的发展历程,展现了高校实验室工作与高等教育发展不可分割的内在联系与科学发展规律。作为高等学校实验室工作管理人员、实验教学工作者及科学研究人员的工作资料,具有一定的历史意义和现实意义。

Through reviewing the development process of university laboratory construction and experimental teaching in the 70 th anniversary of new China. This paper gives priority to collecting major materials about university laboratory construction, experimental teaching reform and development during the 70 years from various sources. In practical terms, the contents of this paper include policies and regulations, significant activities and events, as well as major projects and achievements. The development process of university laboratories at various stages is described and the inseparable internal relationship and scientific development law between the laboratory work and the development of higher education are shown. As the work materials for laboratory management personnel, experimental teaching workers and scientific researchers in colleges and universities, it has certain historical and practical significance.
