电子商务“双创”型人才培养的双链模式研究

Research on double chain model for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in E-commerce

在"大众创业、万众创新"的持续推进下,社会对电子商务人才的素质,特别是创新创业素质的要求进一步提高。针对当前高校电子商务"双创"型人才培养过程中存在的问题,该文以优化课程体系、打造师资队伍、改革教学方式、营造文化氛围等支撑知识链,以建立三阶式创新创业实践平台支撑实践链,构建了知识链和实践链相互促进、螺旋上升的双链人才培养模式,以满足社会对电子商务"双创"型人才的素质要求。

With the continuous promotion of "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation", the society’s requirements for the quality of E-commerce talents, especially the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship, have been further raised. In view of the problems existing in the process of e-commerce entrepreneurship and innovation talents training in colleges and universities, the knowledge chain is supported by optimizing the curriculum system, constructing teachers’ team, innovating teaching methods and creating a cultural atmosphere to support, and the practice chain is supported by establishing a three-stage innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform. The construction of the knowledge chain and practice chain promotes each other and spirals up the double chain talent training mode, in order to meet the social quality requirements for E-commerce innovative talents.
