摘要 蔗糖水解反应是经典的物理化学实验之一,常以旋光法测定其反应速率常数和活化能。该文针对实验教学过程中发现的原装旋光管恒温效果不佳等问题,研制了T型旋光管。该管一体成型,可避免试液渗漏,提高实验安全性;其恒温夹套全包覆,可加强恒温效果,减小实验误差;漏斗式的加样口便于操作,可提高实验效率。该T型旋光管已应用于该校的物理化学实验教学中,取得了良好的教学效果。 Sucrose hydrolysis is one of the classical physical chemistry experiments. The reaction rate constant and activation energy of sucrose hydrolysis are often determined by polarimetry. Aiming at the problems found in the course of experimental teaching, the T-shaped polariscope tube has been developed. It is formed in one piece to avoid liquid leakage and improve the safety of the experiment. The constant temperature jacket is fully covered, which can enhance the constant temperature effect and reduce the experimental error. The funnel type sampling port is easy to operate and can improve the experimental efficiency. The T-shaped polarizer has been applied to the physical chemistry experiment teaching in the university and achieved good teaching effect.
