摘要
针对ERP沙盘模拟中学生易错和易违规之处,以提升教学质量和实训效果为切入点,从指导教师角度剖析沙盘模拟教学过程并确定实训前、实训中和实训后的教学质量关键点,进而提出教师应采取"由账到实"再"由实到账"的教学策略,同时引领学生把控模拟企业先生存再发展、企业动态博弈决策以及竞合作用等管理理论和思想的模拟应用。结果表明,这些举措能切实解决学生财务知识缺乏问题,使其深刻理解和践行管理的艺术在于驾驭信息等管理本质问题,实现虚拟仿真实验教学的虚与实以及趣味性与严肃性相结合。
In view of the students’ mistakes and violations in ERP sand table simulation, this paper analyzes the sand table simulation teaching process from the perspective of the teachers, and determines the key points of teaching quality before, during and after the training. Then it puts forward that the teacher should adopt the teaching strategy "from financal statement to physical assets" and then "from physical assets to financal statement", and lead the students to know the simulation application of management theories and ideas, such as the survival and redevelopment of enterprises, game theory and business strategy, and competition and cooperation. The results show that these measures can effectively solve the problem of students’ lack of financial knowledge, make them deeply understand and practice the art of management, which lies in the control of information and other management essence problems, and realize the combination of virtual simulation experiment teaching with reality, interest and seriousness.
