Referring to the methods of laboratory safety training and management at home and abroad, this paper expounds upon the shortcomings of the current biological laboratory safety training model, and in combination with the advanced training experience at home and abroad and aiming at the disadvantages of traditional training, designs the DUSE training system. This training system has a scientific training process and innovative evaluation mechanism, which can significantly improve the quality of safety training.
