涉化类专业实验室安全管理实效及提升策略研究

Study on effectiveness and promotion strategy of laboratory safety management of chemical related specialties

通过问卷调查,探讨了高校涉化类实验室安全管理状态,其内容涵盖管理制度、实验教学、实验室设备、事故管理等。问卷调查发现部分实验仪器使用记录有缺失、实验室意外事故演练较少、实验指导教师对学生的管理力度不够等问题。此外,相关分析和回归分析表明,事故管理与制度管理、实验教学管理、设备管理等呈现正相关性。在此基础上,提出建立分级多层次管理体系及实验室安全网格化管理等策略。

Through the questionnaire investigation, this paper discusses the safety management status of chemical related laboratories in Colleges and universities, including management system, experimental teaching, laboratory equipment, accident management, etc. Some problems are found from the questionnaires, such as the lack of use records of some experimental instruments, the lack of laboratory accident drills, the insufficient student management by experimental instructors, etc. In addition, correlation analysis and regression analysis show that accident management is positively correlated with system management, experimental teaching management and equipment management. On this basis, the establishment of hierarchical multi-level management system and grid management of laboratory safety are proposed.
