摘要
为研制出能应用于ZJ116系列卷接机组的细支卷烟生产的接烟轮,利用Creo软件设计了细支规格的接烟轮体和4种不同类型的伸缩手。通过预设4组不同负压风机转速以及4种伸缩手,以生产细支卷烟为对象进行了交叉实验,并分别对轮体以及伸缩手接烟效果进行了评定,其结果表明:(1)负压风机转速对轮体和伸缩手接烟效果影响较大,在对比实验范围内转速越高,接烟越稳定,烟支表面越容易出现压痕。(2)4种不同的伸缩手,以C型伸缩手在不同风机转速的适用性最广且稳定,其原因在于负压孔总面积大。该方法可为其他机型的细支规格设计提供参考。
A new cigarette receiving wheel which can be used in the production of thin cigarettes was developed to match with ZJ116 series cigarette maker.Creo software was used to design both a cigarette receiving wheel body and four different types of telescopic arms.Effects of different negative pressure fan speed and different types telescopic arms were observed by means of a 4×4 cross-over experiment design which evaluated by the receiving effect on the thin cigarettes.The result showed that:(1)The speed of the negative pressure fan has a great influence on the receiving effect.Within the experimental range,the higher speed,the more stable the cigarette receiving and the easier the cigarette surface to appear indentation.(2)Within four kinds of telescopic arms,the C-type telescopic arm is the most widely applicable and stable at different fan speeds,which reason for larger negative pressure hole area.This method can provide reference for the design of thin cigarette specifications of other models.
