摘要
通过对高频绝缘心变压器进行磁路特征分析,基于电磁对偶原理和端口网络理论,提出了一种适用于绝缘心变压器的宽频等效电路模型。该模型由磁路等效电感、线圈间等效漏感和电容参数以及理想变压器构成。电感参数表征绝缘心变压器的磁场效应,电容参数表征变压器内部的电场效应。该模型适用于高频、不同匝数、绕组数的绝缘心变压器,对于某些类型的变压器也具有一定的实用意义。提出了基于端口网络理论和基于有限元分析的参数获取方法。采用有限元分析方法获取了宽频模型的所有参数,并结合电路仿真软件进行对比验证,有限元分析与电路仿真结果的输出特性显示了较好的一致性,验证了模型的有效性。
A kind of broadband equivalent circuit model which is applicable for the insulated core transformer is proposed by way of analysis of the characteristics of the magnetic circuit of the high-frequency insulated core transformer and on the basis of the principle electromagnetic duality as well as the port network theory. The model consists of equivalent inductance of magnetic circuit,equivalent leakage inductance between coils,capacitance parameters and ideal transformer. The inductance parameter represents the magnetic field effect of the insulated core transformer and the capacitance parameter represents the electric field effect inside the transformer. The model is not only suitable for the insulated core transformer with high frequency,different number of turns and windings,but also has a definite practical significance for some other types of transformers. The parameter extraction method based on the theory of port network and the finite element analysis is proposed. All parameters of the broadband model are obtained by the use of finite element analysis,are compared and verified with combination of circuit simulation software. The output characteristics of the finite element analysis and the circuit simulation results show a good consistency,which verifies the effectiveness of the model.
