高频变压器漏电感简化计算方法

摘要 绕组高频效应使高频变压器漏感参数具有复杂的频变特性。但传统算法并未考虑漏磁的频变特性导致计算精度较差,而现代计算方法单纯地套用Dowell公式,并且没有考虑不同绕组结构的漏磁分布特性,导致公式通用性较低,在实际工程中难以使用。本文在对高频变压器实际漏磁分布模型分析的基础上,提出一种高频漏磁分布等效变换模型,并基于磁链分割理论,提出了一种考虑频变特性和绕组结构的漏感简化计算方法。新方法与其他方法相比较具有更高的计算精度和更简便的结论公式,更方便在实际工程中使用。然后设计制作了一台高频隔离变压器实验样机模型,并通过仿真实验和实物测量验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。 The high frequency effect of windings makes the leakage inductance parameters of high frequency transformer have complex frequency-dependence characteristics.However,the traditional algorithm does not consider the frequency-dependence of magnetic flux leakage,which leads to a large calculation error.While the modern algorithm simply applies Dowell formula and the leakage distribution characteristics of different winding structures are not considered,which leads to a low universality of the formula and the conclusion formula is difficult to use in practical engineering.In this paper,based on the analysis of the actual flux leakage distribution model of high-frequency transformer,an equivalent transformation model of flux leakage distribution is proposed,and a simplified method of leakage inductance parameters considering frequency-dependence characteristics and winding structure is proposed based on the theory of flux division.Compared with other methods,this method has higher calculation accuracy and simpler conclusion formula,which can be used in practical engineering.Then a prototype model of high frequency isolation transformer was designed and manufactured,and the correctness and validity of the method were verified by simulation experiment and physical measurement.
