当前,推进思想政治课大中小学一体化建设,加强大中小学思想政治教育的有机衔接是大中小学思想政治课教师共同思考的问题。法治意识是学生必备的核心素养,开发与利用法治教育资源,是培养学生法治意识的重要基础。文章探讨了学生法治教育的中学阶段与大学阶段衔接的意义,分析了中学与大学共同开发和利用学生法治教育资源面临的困境,并提出了推进中学与大学教育资源共同开发与利用工作衔接的对策。

All the teachers of ideological and political courses in universities,middle schools and primary schools are thinking about how to promote the integration of ideological and political courses and how to strengthen the organic connection of ideological and political education in the three stages.Awareness of the rule of law is essential core literacy for students.The development and utilization of educational resources for the rule of law is an important foundation for cultivating students’awareness of the rule of law.The article explores the significance of the link of student rule of law education between the stages of middle school and university,analyzes the difficulties faced by middle schools and universities in the joint development and utilization of student rule of law education resources,and proposes the countermeasures to promote the joint development and utilization of education resources between middle schools and universities.
