摘要
目的分析一例儿童单增李斯特菌感染案例的流行病学调查过程,为该类疾病的预防控制提供参考。方法对实验室确诊的单增李斯特菌感染病例开展流行病学调查,采集可疑食品及环境样本进行单增李斯特菌的检测,分析感染来源。结果患儿临床表现为发热、抽搐,血培养单增李斯特菌阳性,流行病学调查发现发病前有熟肉制品等高危食品进食史,家庭食品制作存在生熟不分等危险因素。结论患儿符合单增李斯特菌感染特征,食用散装熟肉类制品可能是本例儿童李斯特菌病最主要致病因素;加强食品安全健康教育,加强临床医生对李斯特菌病的认知有助于防治该病。
Objective To analyze a case of Listeria monocytogenes infection in children and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of listeriosis in children.Methods An epidemiological investigation of laboratory-confirmed case of Listeria monocytogenes infection was carried out.The suspected food and environmental samples was collected for Listeria monocytogenes test and the source of infection was analyzed.Results The clinical symptoms of the child were fever,convulsion and positive Listeria monocytogenes in blood culture,epidemiological investigation showed that there was a history of eating highrisk foods such as cooked meat products before the onset of the disease,and there were high-risk factors such as poor separation of raw and cooked food in home food preparation.Conclusions The patient was characterized by Listeria monocytogenes infection,the consumption of cooked meat products in bulk may be the main pathogenic factor of listeriosis in this case.Strengthening clinicians’knowledge of listeriosis and the health education on food safety could help prevent and treat the disease.
