摘要
随着时代的发展,当前企业对于人才的需求已经发生了巨大的改变,企业需要的是进入岗位就可以工作的实践性人才,而不是理论知识出色但实践能力不足的理论型人才。尤其是在艺术设计类岗位上,需求的是学生进入企业后的实际动手能力,如果设计师不能独立完成设计,就无法满足企业的需求。所以,当前的艺术设计类课程需要改变传统的评价方式,强调过程性评价,并注重学习效果和实践效果。因此,本文针对此类情况,将从艺术设计类课程传统考核中存在的问题入手,全面展开艺术设计类课程过程性考核的学习效果评价研究与实践。

Therefore, the current art design courses need to change the traditional evaluation methods, emphasize the process evaluation, and pay attention to the learning effect and practical effect. Therefore, in view of this kind of situation, this article will pass on from the art design class course Starting with the problems existing in the examination, the research and practice of learning effect evaluation of the process assessment of art design courses are carried out in an all-round way.
