摘要
感应透热技术以其非接触、无污染、易控制的优点广泛应用于汽车、冶金等行业,其作为一项重要的热处理工艺已在我国发展了几十年,但至今仍未有关于感应透热设备性能指标定量测量方法的国际标准。结合我国感应透热行业的发展现状与国家政策的引导方向,根据感应透热国际标准的具体内容,分析了标准对感应透热行业的影响,揭示了其对促进感应透热技术发展的积极作用。研究发现:感应透热技术的优势与我国"碳达峰、碳中和"及推行"绿色制造业"的国家发展战略相契合,在实现工业互联网发展目标的过程中必将得到广泛应用;《电热和电磁处理装置——感应透热装置的试验方法》国际标准详细规定了坯料温度均匀度、单位电耗、加热效率等10项设备的主要性能指标测定方法。该标准的颁布有利于扭转我国感应透热设备质量差、性能低的现状,并通过健全市场的优胜略汰机制,引导高技术、高质量产品获得更多竞争优势,促进与计算机辅助设计技术间的融合,加速新工艺、新技术的研发,进一步扩展感应透热技术的应用领域。
Due to the advantages of non-contact,pollution-free,and easy-to-control,induction through-heating technology is widely used in automobile,metallurgy and other industries.As an important heat treatment process,it has been developed in China for decades,but there is still no international standard to quantitative measurement methods of performance index for induction through-heating installations.Combining with the development status of induction through-heating industry and the guiding direction of the national policy,the influence of standard to induction through-heating industry is analyzed,and the positive effect of standard on promoting the development of induction through-heating technology is revealed according to the specific content of the international standard.It is found that the advantages of induction through-heating technology are consistent with China’s national development strategy of"peak carbon dioxide emissions,carbon neutralization"and"green manufacturing",and will be widely used in the process of realizing the development goal of industrial internet.The national standard"Installations for electroheating and electromagnetic processing-test methods for induction through-heating installations"specifies in detail the test methods for 10 items of performance idex of equipment,such as billet temperature homogeneity,active electrical energy consumption,heating efficiency,etc.The publication of this standard is hopefully reversing the current situation of poor quality and low performance of induction through-heating equipment in China.Instead,by improving the market optimization mechanism,guiding high-tech and high-quality products to gain more competitive advantages,promoting the integration with computer-aided computing base,accelerating the research and development of new processes and technologies,to further expand the application field of induction through-heating technology.
