摘要
针对大多数CAM软件没有标准的数控车床后处理现状,基于UG/Post Builder软件平台,结合TCL语言开发了符合FANUC0i数控系统的标准后处理程序,转换获得的NC程序经过宇龙数控仿真软件验证,无语法结构错误等问题。实践表明:开发的专用后处理程序,可以输出标准的NC程序,无需手工修改,可以直接用于加工,提高了编程效率和质量。
Aiming at the present situation of NC lathe post-processing that most CAM software have no standard,the standard post-processing program of FANUC 0 i NC system was developed based on UG/Post Builder software platform and TCL language.The NC program obtained by conversion was verified by Yulong NC simulation software,and there were no grammatical structure errors.The practice shows that the developed special post-processing program can output standard NC program without manual modification and can be directly used for machining,which improves the programming efficiency and quality.
