摘要
针对难加工材料TC17进行铣削试验,分析工艺参数对切削力、表面粗糙度的影响规律,采用灰关联度方法进行多目标工艺参数优化,得出当v=140 m/min,ap=0.8 mm,ae=0.4 mm,f=0.04 mm/s获得最小切削力和最佳表面质量。优化结果可以为实际切削加工中工艺参数的选择以及加工结果的预测提供重要的理论依据。
Through the milling test on the difficult-to-machine material TC17,the influence of the process parameters on cutting force and surface roughness are analyzed,and the gray correlation method is used to optimize the multi-target process parameters.It can be concluded that when v=140 m/min,ap=0.8 mm,ae=0.4 mm,f=0.04 mm/s,the minimum cutting force and the best surface quality will be obtained.The optimization results can provide an important theoretical basis for the cutting parameters selection and the results prediction.
