摘要
我国经济发展迅速,制造型企业的发展离不开稳定的产品生产制程能力,良好的质量管理成为企业发展的关键因素之一。若通过实际生产试验提高企业生产制程能力,将伴随企业资源与成本的巨大浪费。因此,面向制造业产品生产过程中的质量管理仿真实验系统亟待构建。根据制造型企业——青铜衬套的单点车床车削生产操作特点,该文设计了基于VBA的TURNSIM的质量管理仿真实验系统。该系统设定影响青铜衬套生产过程中10个候选特殊原因中的3个处于活动状态。在每次运行系统程序时皆获得设定条件下的模拟生产数据,通过Minitab分析数据,构造质量控制图,并判断控制图上的统计信号,与生产过程的物理条件相关联,消除实际生产过程中的可能异常原因,高效率低成本地提高制造型企业产品生产过程中质量管理的稳定性和能力处理。
China’s economy is developing rapidly, and the development of manufacturing enterprises cannot be achieved without stable product production process capabilities. Good quality management has become one of the key factors for enterprise development. If the production process capability of the enterprise is improved through actual production trials, it will be accompanied by a huge waste of enterprise resources and costs. Therefore, a quality management simulation experiment system for manufacturing products urgently needs to be constructed. According to the manufacturing enterprise-bronze bushing single-point lathe turning production operation characteristics, the quality management simulation experiment system based on VBA’s TURNSIM is designed. This system setting affects 3 of the 10 candidate special causes in the production process of bronze bushings that are active. Every time the system program is run, the simulated production data under the set conditions are obtained. Through Minitab analysis of data, the quality control chart is constructed, and the statistical signal on the control chart is judged, which is related to the physical conditions of the production process, so as to eliminate the possible abnormal causes in the actual production process, and improve the stability and capacity of quality management in the production process of manufacturing enterprises with high efficiency and low cost.
