超声波强化蚝壳制丙酸钙综合实验的教学设计 被引量:2

摘要 为了达成工程认证教育培养目标,基于地方特色废弃物开发化工产品,设计了"超声波强化蚝壳制丙酸钙"综合实验。该实验涵盖了工艺设计、过程强化、结构鉴定和经济性分析等化工生产过程的核心内容。要求学生通过该实验了解丙酸钙的制备工艺,并设计实验方案,掌握生产过程的强化技术、红外光谱与X-射线衍射等表征技术、纯度测试技术以及生产成本的估算方法。此外,还设计了过程与结果相融合的考核体系,目的是全面考核学生的实验能力。 In order to meet the training goals of engineering education certification, a comprehensive experiment for the "Ultrasound-intensified preparation of calcium propionate from oyster shell" is designed. This experiment covers the core content of chemical production process, such as process design, process enhancement, structure identification, economic analysis, etc. Students are required to understand the preparation process of calcium propionate through the experiment, design the experimental scheme, and master the intensified technology of production process, the characterization technology such as infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction, the purity testing technology and production cost estimation method. In addition, an assessment system for comprehensively assessing the experiment ability is designed by the combination of the process and result.
