摘要 为激发高校教学实验技术人员的积极性,该文构建了年度工作量考核与职级考核并举、定量与定性考核结合的绩效考核体系。该体系明确了考核目标和原则,探讨了工作量考核指标计算方法与分值转换方法,提出了职级考核的要求,制定了绩效分配办法。教学实验技术人员绩效考核体系建立了较为全面的激励机制,让不同职级教学实验技术人员的积极性都得到了明显提高。 In order to stimulate the enthusiasm of teaching and experimental technicians in Colleges and universities, a performance appraisal system is constructed, which combines annual workload assessment with rank assessment, and combines quantitative and qualitative assessment. The assessment objectives and principles are clarified, the calculation method of workload assessment index and the conversion method of score are discussed, the requirements of post level assessment are proposed, and the performance allocation method is formulated. The performance appraisal system of teaching and experimental technicians has established a comprehensive incentive mechanism, so that the enthusiasm of teaching and experimental technicians at different levels has been significantly.
