摘要
通过选择性浸取实验,提出了铅矿石中铅的物相分离方法。采取乙酸铵、乙酸及抗坏血酸混合液浸取,分离出了可溶性氧化态铅。滤渣通过乙酸铵、乙酸及过氧化氢混合液浸取,分离出硫化态铅,剩余的残渣即为难溶态的铅。采用原子吸收分光光度法测定可溶性氧化态和硫化态铅的含量,考察了浸取液中各组分含量以及浸取时间的不同对铅物相浸取的影响,优化了浸取条件:可溶性氧化态铅可通过质量浓度0.002 g/mL抗坏血酸、0.15 g/mL乙酸铵和体积分数3%乙酸溶液浸取矿石得到,残渣继续通过0.15 g/mL乙酸铵、体积分数5%乙酸和10%过氧化氢浸取,可得到硫化态的铅。
The phase separation method of lead ore was proposed by selective leaching experiment.The soluble oxidized lead was separated from the mixture of ammonium acetate,acetic acid and ascorbic acid.The lead sulfide was separated from filter residue by the leach solution of ammonium acetate,acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide,and the remaining residue was the insoluble lead.The soluble oxidized and sulfurized lead was measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The influence of the content of each component in the leach solution and the time of leach on the phase leach of lead was investigated,and then the extraction conditions were optimized.The soluble oxidized lead can be extracted by the mixture of 0.15 g/mL ammonium acetate,3%acetic acid and 0.002 g/mL ascorbic acid.The lead sulfide was separated from filter residue by the leach solution of 0.15 g/mL ammonium acetate,5%acetic acid and 10%hydrogen peroxide.
