活塞约束对湿式离合器滑摩温度影响探究 被引量:2

摘要 为了分析活塞约束对湿式离合器应力分布的影响,运用Abaqus软件建立了湿式多片离合器定速滑摩的二维有限元模型。在Matlab编程软件中建立湿式多片离合器有限差分模型,并将接触压力导入Matlab,数值求解摩擦副温度场。结果发现:实际约束使摩擦元件之间温度存在差异,靠近集中载荷的元件局部温度最高,径向温差最大。台架试验验证了模型的可靠性,根据不同活塞约束形式的编程计算发现,压指中置的活塞盘布置方案产生的温度最低、径向温差最小,能够有效避免摩擦副的热变形。 In order to investigate the influence of piston constraint on the stress distribution of the wet clutch,a two-dimensional finite element model of wet multi-plate clutch with constant speed sliding was established by Abaqus software.The wet multi-plate clutch finite difference model was established in Matlab programming software,and the contact pressure was introduced into Matlab to solve the friction pair temperature field numerically.It is found that the actual constraints cause the temperature between the friction elements to be different,and the component near the concentrated load has the highest local temperature and the largest radial temperature difference.The bench test verifies the reliability of the model.According to the programming calculations of different piston constraints,it is found that the piston disc arrangement in the middle of the pressure finger produces the lowest temperature and the smallest radial temperature difference,which can effectively avoid thermal deformation of friction pairs.
