新型冠状病毒肺炎密切接触医务人员隔离期间的心理体验

A qualitative study on the psychological stress of medical staffs who close contact with COVID-19 patients during the isolation observation

目的了解密切接触新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的医务人员进行隔离观察期间的心理体验,为制定有效的干预提供参考。方法2020年2月—3月,采用目的抽样法,选取9名被隔离的医务人员进行深度访谈,运用Colaizzi七步分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果共提炼出4个主题:担心被传染、心理压力大、感恩与自我关照与对医院的期望。结论在隔离观察期间,医务人员的心理体验受到多方面的影响,需要不同层面的支持。建议保障医务人员的隔离防护需求,提供心理支持,改善居住环境,加强人文关怀,完善隔离防护制度。

Objective To describe the psychological stress of medical staffs who closely contacted with COVID-19 patients during the isolation observation,and to provide reference for establishing the effective countermeasures.Methods From February to March in 2020,purposive sampling method was used to select nine medical staffs who closely contacted with COVID-19 patients for in-depth interviews,and Colaizzi′s seven-step methods was used to analyze and collate data.Results Four themes were extracted,including fear of being infected,high psychological pressure,gratitude and self care,advice to the hospital.Conclusion During the isolation observation,medical staffs′psychological experience were influenced by multiple factors.They need different supports,such as offering isolation and protection measures,providing psychological support,improving the livelihood,strengthening humanistic care,and improving the isolation and protection system.
