新疆棉花播种机械应用现状及发展趋势

Application Status and Developing Trend of Cotton Planting Machinery in Xinjiang

随着地膜植棉、膜下滴灌和精量播种机械化技术的发展,以及机采棉技术的应用与推广,新疆棉花播种机械经过了几次更新换代,目前相关产品相对成熟,基本实现了种床整理、铺设滴灌带、开沟覆膜、播种、覆土等一次性作业。本文根据当前新疆棉花的种植模式,详细分析了当前新疆棉花播种机械化的应用现状,预测了棉花播种机械的发展趋势,为新疆棉花种植机械化发展提供一定的理论参考。

With the development of plastic film planting cotton,drip irrigation under film and precision sowing mechanization technology,as well as the application and promotion of machine picking cotton technology,Xinjiang cotton planting machinery has been updated several times.At present,the relevant products are relatively mature,basically realizing one-time operations such as seed bed arrangement,laying drip irrigation belt,ditching and mulching,sowing and covering soil.According to the current cotton planting mode in Xinjiang,this paper analyzes the application status of cotton planting mechanization in Xinjiang,predicts the development trend of cotton planting machinery,and provides certain theoretical reference for the development of cotton planting mechanization in Xinjiang.
