摘要
针对压裂酸化措施井的入井液返排效率低、排液排量小的问题,设计出一种井口坐装式液压抽油机装置。在引入风压载荷的基础上,通过计算井口液压抽油机液压缸风载荷及液压缸弯曲变形挠度的大小,分析无扶正措施下液压缸的抗风能力并给出适合的3种扶正方案,计算结果表明井口坐装式液压抽油机可以满足百年一遇的大风的能力、适应现场恶劣环境的应用。最后,结合分析计算给出一种增加液压缸安装可靠性的最佳扶正方案。
Aiming at the problems of low flowing back efficiency and small displacement of flowing fluid in wells with fracturing and acidizing measures,a wellhead seat mounted hydraulic pumping unit was designed.On the basis of the introduction of wind pressure load,the wellhead hydraulic cylinder wind pressure load and hydraulic cylinder bending deflection were calculated,the wind resistance of hydraulic cylinder without centralizer measures was analyzed,and three centralizer schemes were proposed.The results showed that the hydraulic cylinder of HPU can meet various environment in 100 years of the worst winds and was adapt to harsh environment of the well site.Finally,an optimal centralization scheme to increase thee installation reliability of the hydraulic cylinder was given based on the analysis and calculation.
