肾脏病学硕士专业学位研究生毕业评价体系的研究

Study on Graduation Evaluation System of Master's Degree in Nephrology

目的构建一套完整的能客观反映肾脏病学硕士专业学位研究生毕业评价体系,以期对未来肾脏病学硕士专业学位研究生的培养提供更科学的指导方法。方法根据国家教指委对临床专业学位研究生的培养要求,通过政策解读法、文献分析法、德尔菲法、结合李克特量表等,研究制定出肾脏病学硕士专业学位研究生毕业评价体系的各项指标。结果构建了一套包含5项肾脏病学硕士研究生毕业必备条件,3项Ⅰ级指标,13项Ⅱ级指标以及18项Ⅲ级指标的肾脏病学硕士专业学位研究生毕业评价体系,并对考核与评定进行量化。结论通过构建一套较为全面客观的肾脏病学硕士专业学位研究生毕业评价体系,为进一步完善肾脏病学硕士专业学位研究生的培养方案,提供了客观的量化依据。

Objective To establish a complete evaluation system that can objectively reflect the graduate students with master's degree in nephrology,so as to provide more scientific guidance for the training of graduate students with master's degree in nephrology in the future.Methods According to the requirements of the national higher education teaching steering committee on the cultivation of clinical master degree graduates,various indicators of the graduate evaluation system of master degree students in nephrology were developed through policy interpretation,literature analysis,Delphi method and likert scale.Results The graduation evaluation system of master's degree postgraduates in nephrology specialty was built,which including 5 necessary conditions for graduation three first-level indicators,as well as 13 second-level indicators and 18 third-level indicators,and quantify the assessment and evaluation.Conclusions A comprehensive and objective evaluation system for graduate students with master's degree in nephrology has been established,which will provide an objective and quantitative basis for futher improving the training program of graduate students with master's degree in nephrology.
